What a year it’s been…

So, off we go towards the New Year.. and what a year this has been.  

 

Just back from a recording trip to the Sudan- what a place, what amazing people and culture…

Really, like nothing else on earth.. it's "Desert time"- slow pace, big smiles, pentatonic madness and the legend of the Amjad..

Have two new fully produced tracks with the brilliant singers Mohammed Jazar, Efrah, and Amir, and a few tracks with veteran singer and oud player Othman El Atrash, all in Master Tarif Tagelsir's new world-class studio – have a listen in the samples area, and check out the pics.

 

Besides that, still more preparations for taking our mobile studio to Africa for the first time (hopefully soon, inshallah),

and starting work on a few full-production recordings for our Poetry project here in Greece, and in Egypt.

So, lots in store for the upcoming year.. Ya Salam!
